Just remember ROI will always be return on investment, though social media gurus might say “influence” or “interest”

Dr. Pepper has 1.4 million fans on facebook and Amazon has 23,000. Does that mean Amazon is not faring well? Absolutely not. Amazon just knows that it doesn’t have a very social quality to it like Dr. Pepper.
